  8. Inconsistent products: Often there is more variation than what is expected or ?normal? for 1st quality products
  9. They often take orders on sale merchandise, but don?t hold them. If there is a problem, they don?t offer solutions.
  10. They are liquidating things manufacturers don?t want or can?t sell.
  11. Moldings: They offer standardized moldings that are generic, not matching.
  12. No warranties after floor is installed ? as is.
  13. Substandard finishes. Even with over-hyped warranties, their products often have below average finishes.
  14. Ends not even.
  15. Customer service designed to keep people away (phone centers)
  16. Bad delivery (promise dates)
  17. Wrong products inside cartons
  18. Aggressive towards unhappy consumers
  19. All Sales Final ? No Returns
  20. Blame installer/homeowner for real issues
  21. No price warranty (against themselves)
  22. Products may be available one time only (no long term products, no running line products)
