Accurate Measurement and Estimate.
Be careful of flooring prices too low to be true. Unfortunately, some flooring retailers will offer a lower price per square foot, only to make up the difference when they measure your home. Expert Installation and Installation Materials
There are lots of ways to complete a flooring installation and unlike some of our competitors we focus on using high quality components to install our products to the best level they can be done, and more importantly we use contractors that know what they are doing and care about the finished result. All our installation teams are experienced, licensed, and insured, giving you the ultimate in satisfaction. We only use premium setting materials, grouts, upgraded underlayments, adhesives, cushion, etc. We are trying to stay ahead of the curve by using better products to go with our installation.
Carpet and Cushion.
We use upgraded installation components including always power stretching, premium tack strip, and experienced installers Our carpet cushion alternatives offer the best feel with lifetime of the house warranties on the products
Hardwood Flooring.
We install with Bostik Green Force a high-performance hardwood flooring adhesive and moisture control membrane all in one. The elastomeric characteristics of Green Force? establish an anti-fracture membrane that can bridge cracks up to 1/8". This superior elasticity allows Green Force? adhesive to move with the floor as it expands and contracts with changes in humidity and temperature over its lifetime. Green Force? also comes with Bostik?s BLOCKADE? antimicrobial protection, which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold or mildew on the surface of the cured membrane. The cured membrane resists stains caused by mold. This adhesive has zero VOC?s.
Waterproof Vinyl Tile Flooring.
We install using wood installers who work with the real stuff to make the alternative products look like the real McCoy. When needed we install with Silencer acoustical underlayment with moisture barrier which reduced floor noise by providing excellent sound absorption with a 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly product. It contains Ultra-Fresh anti-microbial treatment and helps eliminate minor subfloor imperfections.
Laminate Flooring.
We install using wood installers who work with the real stuff to make the alternative products look like a wood floor. We install with Eco-Ultimate Silencer an acoustical underlayment that reduces floor noise by offering excellent sound absorption and is 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly. It is made with recycled granulated rubber tires and high density frothed polyurethane foam using rapidly renewable resources (soybeans polyols and vegetable oils). It contains Ultra-Fresh antimicrobial treatment and helps eliminate minor subfloor imperfections. With Crushpruf technology it resists indentation that enables your floors to perform to their fullest potential and last a lifetime.
Ceramic and Porcelain tile.
We install with upgraded setting materials and TEC Power Grout which maximizes performance while providing ease of use. Its unique formulation is stain proof* and provides strong, color consistent joints free of efflorescence that is resistant to shrinking and cracking. Power Grout provides excellent performance in virtually any environment, including high traffic and wet conditions, and in residential and commercial applications. It is stain proof and never needs sealing. It is guaranteed for color uniformity and zero efflorescence. It is mold and mildew resistant and has zero VOC.
Natural Stone.
We install with upgraded setting materials and TEC Power grout (See Tile). Over concrete we install with AFM Anti Fracture Membrane is made up of a tough fabric top with an aggressive rubberized adhesive that has the flexibility and strength to withstand structural movement and concrete shrinkage cracks up to 3/8? without transferring the stress load to the finished tile topping. AFM keeps the unsightly reflective cracks (from the expansion and contraction of shrinkage cracks) from surfacing in expensive floor finishes. AFM-WM is suitable as an anti-fracture membrane. We do deep cleaning after installation and then seal with Porous Plus 511 sealer which is a penetrating sealer designed for the protection of the most porous surfaces. 511 Porous Plus forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stain while allowing any vapor to escape. Independent tests show 511 Porous plus outperforms competitive products.
